Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head Chef
  • Manage an “à la carte” restaurant and create an exceptional culinary experience for our Guests
  • Responsible for menu design, based on traditional Greek recipes using local quality products with fantasy and creativity
  • Manage the daily operation and kitchen team to achieve all set targets and exceed customer’s expectations
  • Contribute to menu development by responding and incorporating Guest feedback
  • Monitor and maintain high standard of food quality, presentation, hygiene and cost control
  • Provide staff training, ensure maximum productivity, food quality control and deliver excellent culinary and organizational skills

Candidate profile:

  • Have a detailed knowledge of, and experience in, creative Greek cuisine, with an emphasis on fabulous,
    fresh and local products
  • Culinary Arts Diploma and knowledge of HACCP are required
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Have a creative approach to the production of food
  • Have passion for producing high quality food, have professional and hard-working attitude
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Experience in leading a team of employees
